Approach to any regulatory project at ASA-SANTHILL takes the following steps:<\/p>

Step 1: Initial contact:<\/strong>
A prospective client can reach us through the following means:
– Send an email using our contact us form and you will receive a rapid response from us.
– Call our office during the working hours and someone will take your call and respond to your initial questions.
– Schedule a meeting with our staff during networking events and conferences.<\/p>

Step: 2<\/strong>
After the initial contact, we would usually schedule a meeting, to discuss the client’s needs in detail and provide more information on our organization.<\/p>

Step 3: The proposal stage:<\/strong>
– Following our assessment of a client’s needs, if the client wishes to continue discussions with ASA-SANTHILL, we would prepare a proposal, with details of the task(s) involved, the proposed project scope, the proposed timelines and the estimated cost.
– Our proposals are usually flexible and tailored to suit a client’s specific requirements and budget.
– Our input into a project can vary considerably depending on a client’s brief. It could be just one to a few hours consulting time on a specific issue, or a project that requires us to manage the client’s regulatory strategy from start to finish.<\/p>

Step 4: Managing the Project:<\/strong>
